Are your books new or used?

Our books are pre-owned. Unless a listing says otherwise, every book is graded Very Good: clean, intact pages, a solid spine, and at most light shelf wear on the cover. The condition is stated on every product page.

Do you sell textbooks?

Yes. We carry used textbooks and academic titles alongside fiction and general nonfiction. Each textbook listing shows the ISBN so you can confirm you are ordering the right edition before you buy.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only — the 50 states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Armed Forces addresses (AA/AE/AP — APO/FPO/DPO), US territories, or international destinations.

How fast will my order arrive?

• Handed to the carrier within 1 business day.
• Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your location.
• A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

• $4.95 for the first book, $1.95 per additional book — shown at checkout before you pay.
• Orders of $79.99 or more ship free.
• No hidden fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Can I return a book?

Yes — within 30 days of delivery. Books must come back in the condition you received them. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we sent the wrong item or the item was not as described — in that case we cover it. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the full process.

I ordered the wrong book — can I cancel?

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel and refund it in full. Once it has shipped, you can use the normal return process instead.
