Where we ship

Queen Reads ships within the United States only: all 50 states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to:

Armed Forces addresses — AA, AE, AP (APO / FPO / DPO)
US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
International destinations

Processing time

Every book is inspected, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 business day of your order (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Carriers we use include USPS and UPS. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays can occasionally add time.

Shipping cost

$4.95 for the first book, $1.95 for each additional book.
Orders of $79.99 or more ship free — applied automatically at checkout.
Your exact total is always shown before you pay; no additional handling fees.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email within 1 business day of placing your order. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Wrong address or undeliverable packages

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to reship (shipping charges apply) or refund the item price. If you notice an address mistake, contact us right away — we can correct any order that has not shipped.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your book arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and a photo, if damaged). We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
