These Terms and Conditions govern your use of queenreads.radobook.com (the "Store"), operated by Products By Queen LLC, doing business as "Queen Reads", 50 California St, San Francisco, CA 94111, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell physical, pre-owned books (including textbooks). Unless a listing states otherwise, books are graded Very Good as described on each product page. Product photos are representative of condition. We do not sell digital goods, ebooks, or downloads.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel any order before shipment (for example, if the last copy fails final inspection or a listing contained an obvious error); in that case you receive a full refund. Inventory is limited — most titles are single copies.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. The checkout total — item price, shipping, and any applicable sales tax — is shown before you pay, with no hidden fees. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States only (50 states and Washington, DC); we do not ship to Armed Forces (AA/AE/AP) addresses, US territories, or internationally. Full details are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Queen Reads name, logo, and original site content belong to Products By Queen LLC. Book titles, cover art, and author names belong to their respective rights holders and are shown only to identify the physical secondhand goods offered for sale.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store, attempt unauthorized access, or place fraudulent orders.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Store is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
